I started subscription to the django since 2017 and it was the beginning of my specialty coffee journey. During last 6 years, I have tried about 10 roasters subscription and Django is the only roaster left.

The ability to try high cup score coffees offered through this subscription is simply outstanding.

Would encourage everyone to subscribe. Every month a different high cup score coffee? What’s not to like.

I love this. All visitors to our house love this.
It is different in a very nice way.
Fruity, chocolate and nuts. Caramel.
I grind beans at 22 instead of 25 to make Expresso.
Dont stop roasting it.

First delivery of Insight subscription - Costa Rica Tarrazu didn't disappoint. Nice even light roast. Tasting notes bang on the money as Chemex pour over, blueberry, tropical fruits and pineapple. If future beans chosen for the Insight subscription match the Costa Rican for light even roast and superb tasting notes, I will be really happy.
