Really interesting and delicious unusual honey anaerobic process. Not as crazy as some co-ferments still managed to taste like high end Ethiopian coffee and not like overly crazy ferment. So good.

It's hard to explain how special the coffee is you'll get to try with this. If you're a coffee snob and even a good coffee to you is the norm...this is the next level!

I started subscription to the django since 2017 and it was the beginning of my specialty coffee journey. During last 6 years, I have tried about 10 roasters subscription and Django is the only roaster left.
